Seller had great communication and even during a pandemic we got our order quicker than we expected! The bow tie is really cute and well-made! It has a closure that makes it easy to take on and off. The only downfall is that the velcro sort of sticks to our goldendoodle's fur, but we've found a way around it. Seriously considering ordering some more!
