Shipping policy
Most products are made to order and take up to 14 days to manufacture. We aim to ship custom items within 10 (ten) business days of cleared payment. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the following business day. Orders may be delayed by factors outside of our control. Hippytails is not responsible for any delays and/or damage caused in-transit by the postal service, courier, or customs agencies.
Domestic Shipping (UK)
Orders will be sent via either Royal Mail or our reputable courier. Please ensure you have a valid postal code and that your address is correct before proceeding with payment. Once dispatched we can’t be held responsible for a delivery to the wrong address. We do NOT deliver to PO BOX addresses. Delivery aims are 2 to 3 business days for the UK.
International Shipping
Please order through our etsy shop for most European countries, USA, Canada and Australia. Delivery aims after manufacture to Western Europe are 3 to 5 business days and 5 to 7 for rest of the World.
Customs Charges
International customers are expected to be aware of and pay all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties etc. that may occur at the time of delivery.
